There's an inordinate amount of negative striving in the business and entrepreneur world.
That is, people trying too hard to make it and getting bogged down in the collage of stress, disappointment and frustration on a daily basis as they battle on towards their goals.
I want to steal back the word 'conscious' from Gwyneth and focus it less on uncoupling ... and more on contentment. There's an art to being at peace and you need to practice it daily.
However it also takes a conscious effort, a strategic approach to shun the little, sneaky threads of fear, worry, anxiety and envy that seek to steal your daily joy and eventually your longterm destiny and purpose.
After your daily meditation, planning, sharing and actioning is complete, rest.
Sit back and let the dream maker take over.
I know that sitting on your hands is possibly one of the hardest things to do.
Yet that simple act of surrender is what will manifest the best that's already set aside for you.
In practical terms that means:
1. Stop posting - then checking your social media pages for likes and affirmation every 10 seconds. Seriously.
2. Finding joy in the little things - shut down the laptop / phone and take a walk, hug your babies, stream some mindless TV, play out in the sun, sit in the sun and do nothing. Rest your spirit and soul.
3. Knowing that what's meant for you WILL NOT pass you by. There's not a finite, limited amount of success, wealth and influence in the universe.
It's infinite, ever growing, ever boundless. There's enough for you and for everyone around you.
So be content and be happy both for yourself and for others.
Your legacy is yet to come. Your destiny is yet to come. Your best is yet to come.
